1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar browser technologies are small pieces of information used to operate websites, remember limited choices, protect sessions, diagnose errors or understand usage. Some are created by the website being visited and others by an external service selected by the user.
2. Current website use
Tea Tree uses only browser or hosting functions reasonably necessary to deliver and protect the website and its forms. Guest details entered in the payment-preparation flow remain in the current browser state and are not submitted merely by completing the review screen.
Because no optional advertising or analytics cookies are currently activated, the site does not display a consent banner solely for those categories.
3. External services
When a visitor chooses to open WhatsApp, Google Maps, Cloudbeds, a payment provider or another linked service, that service may use its own cookies or device information under its own policies. Tea Tree does not control those external technologies.
4. Future analytics or marketing
If Tea Tree later activates optional analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies, this Policy will be updated and an appropriate preference or consent control will be added before those technologies are used where required.
5. Browser controls
Visitors can delete or block cookies using their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary functions may prevent parts of a website or external booking service from working correctly.
