Booking terms
All Tea Tree rate plans are non-refundable, non-changeable and require full payment under the terms shown at booking. Please check your dates and guest details carefully before confirming.
Arrival & stay
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 12:00. Luggage storage is available. Late checkout is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Registered guests
Only registered guests may stay in or visit a room. The main guest is responsible for approvals relating to payments, refunds and rental agreements.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise low from 22:00 so all guests can enjoy the peaceful setting.
Children & occupancy
Infant: 0–1 years. Infants do not count toward room occupancy. A baby crib may be provided if available.
Child: 2–11 years. A guest is treated as a child from their second birthday until the day before their twelfth birthday.
Adult: 12 years and older. A guest is counted and charged as an adult from their twelfth birthday.
Up to two children aged 2–11 may stay with their parents using the existing bedding. Infants are not included in this two-child allowance or room occupancy. Additional guests and extra beds are charged according to season and room category. A maximum of two extra beds may be placed in an eligible room, with one person per extra bed.
Pets
Dogs up to 20 kg may be accepted only with Tea Tree’s approval before booking.
- Contact the hotel and send recent photographs of your pet before booking.
- A THB 2,000 deposit is required for the stay.
- Pets must not bark or disturb other guests.
- Pets may not be left alone in the room.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash in hotel areas and toileted outside.
- Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.
Approval is individual and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Pool & property
Swimming pool
Pool hours are 09:00–20:00. No glass is allowed in the pool area. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Ground-floor terraces are private room areas.
Smoking
Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Penalties apply for smoking or cannabis use inside rooms.
Parking
Private off-street parking is available on site for registered guests.
